Party in the Park is Changing
Since we received the go ahead from the Parish Council we have now moved forward with our planning for this year’s Party in the Park (PIP), As you may be aware we are having to make some changes this year.

We now need to make PIP a fenced and ticketed event, as we were the only remaining non-ticketed music event in the area, and thus had begun to draw some anti-social behaviour into the village. It has been a very hard decision for us to make and we are very sad that we now are faced with having to implement these changes for PIP to be able to continue, but our plan is for it still to be an accessible, non-profit making community event.

Ticket sales alone will not cover the cost of PIP, we will still be holding fundraisers, which we hope you will support and we will also be running our raffle on the day with some amazing prizes.

As always, we welcome sponsorship by individuals and companies to boost our funds. Our normal concessions will be joining us, but please feel free to bring your gazebos and picnics, as you always do, since it is such a large part of the day !

We want to do everything to retain the essence of what makes Party in the Park so special. We hope Adderbury will continue to support us, as we put PIP on for you the community, and it has become such a popular event over the last 17 years.

The committee look forward to seeing you at Party in the Park on the 15th June 2019 on the Lucy Plackett playing field. We have finalised a fantastic line up of music for both our stages, click on the 'Music' page to see the full line up.

Please have a read of our 'Event Info' page for site rules, age restrictions and other important information that we don't like to read.
A special thank you to the following companies and community groups who sponsor and support our fantastic event.
